All About Savoy Sorbet:

 
 
Linn has studied herb craft for over 35 years with both a medicinal and now a "fun" focus. Her studies have lead her to creating her own herbal wines, liqueurs and sorbets.  She has taught this craft in workshops in many states throughout the Midwest. 
 
One day, at the end of a Master composting class, she decided to treat the class to some of her rosemary/wine sorbet  (an all time favorite), and for the more sober people, a nice apple mint/apple sorbet.

While preparing the treat, she realized that she was grinning from ear to ear.  Making the sorbet, anticipating the amazement on the faces of the people who would taste it, brought her great joy. She had been searching for the thing that would bring her that feeling, and there it was, right in front of her.

 

That is how Savoy Sorbet was born.

 

In December of 2006, she began to formulate her plan to develop and create her company.  She spent all of 2007 testing the product and flavors, and building her business plan.  In July of 2008, Savoy Sorbet was successfully launched at the Dallas Farmers Market.
